The Charbonneau's-Ben, Trish, Jilly and Bow, Owners

The Charbonneau's have been using Invisible Fence personally since 2013. In 2020 they purchased the dealership formerly named Invisible Fence by KW Sprinkler. They plan to carry on the same traditions from the former company and provide outstanding customer service. Ben is a licensed Automotive Service Technician with Inter-provincial status and manages all service and installation requests. Trish holds a degree in Business Administrative accounting, and is passionate about helping with any Perfect Start Plus training needs.

Don Diebold, Director of Sales/Expert Pet Consultant

Don was the founder of Invisible Fence by KW Sprinkler in 1995. With over 25 years of experience with Invisible Fence Brand products and training, he is our resident expert. Don is very passionate about Perfect Start Plus training and helping us live up to our success guarantee. When away from his office, you will find Don enjoying quality time with his girl Roxy at the park.

John Reeves, Pet Consultant

John joined TCO in 2021 and is passionate about our Perfect Start Plus training program. He brings a wealth of instructing knowledge and experience. When he isn't helping clients, he is hanging out with his best friend Finn at the cottage.

Adam Zitzelberger, Service Technician and Pet Consultant

Adam has been with TCO since 2017. Adam enjoys the challenge of servicing and repairing fences when necessary, and working with our clients pets with Perfect Start Plus training. In his spare time you can find him on the trails mountain biking enjoying the outdoors!
